The Grand Illusion Cinema needs your support. We are feeling the effects of this bad economy pretty severely. If you love seeing things like classic Humphrey Bogart movies and Shaw Brothers kung fu projected in 35mm to contemporary art-house, foreign, and independent releases, show your love by becoming a member or making a donation. It's a 100% top to bottom volunteer, non-profit theater, so be assured that every dollar you spend at the G.I. goes towards keeping it open and running. Seattle has many great programmers, but the Grand Illusion offers an alternative (including late nights!) in a historic setting.
